IVFC partners with AllCare Health to help eligible Oregon Health Plan members navigate Health-Related Social Needs (HRSN) services. Our team can help you understand available benefits, gather needed documents, connect with services, and navigate the process.

Support may include rent and utility assistance, housing stability and tenancy support, and connections to other health-related resources, depending on eligibility. Appointments are recommended.

IVFC also offers food, transportation, ID, hygiene, and other basic-needs assistance to neighbors, whether or not you qualify for HRSN.
