ALLCARE HEALTH PARTNERSHIP
Programs & Services
We offer supportive services to help residents access resources they may be unaware of, typically ineligible for, or unable to reach — and we’ll help you figure out where to start. Just call (541) 592-6139 or stop by 535 E River St, Cave Junction, OR 97523, Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm.
Hours & Access
Illinois Valley Family Coalition is open Monday through Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm, excluding federal holidays. Oregon Department of Human Services offices in our building are generally open Monday through Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm.
Most IVFC services are available by walk-in during regular hours. We recommend scheduling an appointment for Health-Related Social Needs services, shower trailer use, and more involved computer or paperwork help.
*Subject to change with notice.
Eligibility
IVFC keeps basic-needs services as low-barrier as possible. If you tell us you need help, we’ll do our best to help you or connect you with someone who can.
Some programs have limits, documentation requirements, or eligibility rules based on funding or partner requirements. If you’re not sure whether you qualify, call or come in anyway — we can help you figure out the next step.
Food Pantry
Shopping-style: Mon, Thu & Fri, 12–4:30pm*
To-go bags: Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm
Shopping-style pantry hours are Monday, Thursday, and Friday, 12:00–4:30pm.* To-go food bags are available Monday through Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm, while supplies last.
Showers
The shower trailer is available Fridays, 10:00am–3:00pm, in partnership with Illinois Valley Living Solutions and other community partners. Appointments are recommended; walk-ins are welcome when space allows.
Laundry Vouchers
Laundry vouchers help individuals and families wash clothing, bedding, and other essentials. Vouchers are available weekly, based on funding and program guidelines.
Bus Tokens
Bus tokens are available for qualifying neighbors who need help getting to medical appointments, employment, social services, interviews, or other essential destinations.
Thrift Store Vouchers
Thrift store vouchers help community members access clothing, shoes, household basics, and other needed items through generous local thrift partners.
IDs
We help qualifying neighbors apply for Oregon ID cards, including understanding required documents, fees, and next steps with the DMV.
Birth Certificates
We help qualifying neighbors order birth certificates from Oregon or other states, often as a first step toward getting an ID, accessing benefits, enrolling in school, or applying for work or housing.
Computer Lab
Free access to computers, internet, and printing, plus support for applications, benefits, resumes, job searches, account setup, and online forms. Appointments are recommended for more involved help.
Trash Vouchers
In partnership with the Motherline, IVFC helps distribute free trash disposal vouchers to eligible community members, funded by the Josephine County Solid Waste Agency.
Health-Related
Social Needs Program
Our HRSN program helps eligible AllCare Oregon Health Plan members explore approved supports related to housing, utilities, nutrition, climate devices, and outreach/navigation. This program is usually by appointment. Final eligibility and approval decisions are made by AllCare, not IVFC.
Referral Services
We connect neighbors with trusted local partners for housing, benefits, healthcare, food, family support, employment, emergency services, and other needs.
