RESOURCE CENTER

Book a Room

The Illinois Valley Resource Center has meeting and conference rooms available for community groups, nonprofit partners, trainings, classes, meetings, and other community uses.

Room use is free or discounted for many nonprofit partners and mission-aligned community programs, while private, commercial, and other uses are available at a low hourly rate.

How it works

  1. Check availability. See open dates and times on our live calendar:
    View room availability (Skedda)

  2. Request a room. Call (541) 592-6139 or email info@ivfc.org with your preferred date, time, group, and expected number of people.

  3. Confirm room guidelines. Before your first use, we will ask you to review and agree to our room-use guidelines.

Room Rates

Standard room use

  • $7.50/hour Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm

Free or discounted community use

IVFC may waive or reduce room fees for:

  • Nonprofits, schools, and government partners working with IVFC

  • Programs and services that align with IVFC's mission and are open to the public

  • Noncommercial community groups offering learning, wellness, support, or service opportunities

Free and discounted use is subject to IVFC approval and room availability.

Good to know

Rooms work well for meetings, trainings, classes, support groups, and community programs. Wi-Fi, tables, and chairs are available.

Audio/visual equipment may be available with advance approval. Please do not use SMART boards or other room equipment unless IVFC staff have approved it.

Groups are responsible for leaving rooms clean and orderly, returning furniture to its original location, and reporting any damage.

Office space

IVFC also leases office space to nonprofit and community partners. Office leases are separate from conference-room reservations and help support the operation of the Resource Center and IVFC programs.

We do not currently have office space available, but you are welcome to contact us about future availability.
