Donate to IVFC — Give a Gift of Support
Every gift stays in the Illinois Valley and goes to work fast: food on a shelf, an ID in a wallet, a warm shower, a kid at play group. IVFC is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit (EIN 93-1136024); donations are tax-deductible as allowed by law.
Become a Valley Sustainer
For more than thirty years, the Illinois Valley Family Coalition has been the place our neighbors turn when times get hard — a food box, an ID card, a warm shower, a first step back. Today more families need that help than ever, while the government and institutional funding that has traditionally paid for this work is shrinking. We can’t control those decisions. But together we can build the one kind of support no budget cycle can take away: neighbors giving a few dollars a month, every month.
Our goal: $6,300 a month in recurring gifts by December 31, 2026 — enough to cover one-fifth of what it costs to keep every IVFC program running for a year.

A gift in your will, a beneficiary designation, or a gift of property can keep the valley’s safety net strong for the next generation — stewarded in partnership with our local community foundation.

Gifts fund emergency food, ID and document assistance, vouchers, the free computer lab, family programs like Read Play Talk, and the everyday work of connecting neighbors to partner agencies across the valley. Our Form 990 filings are public — view them on ProPublica Nonprofit Explorer.
