Appointment-based services
Some services work best by appointment so we can give you our full attention — for example: Oregon ID cards & birth certificates, housing and utility support (health-related social needs), and benefits navigation.
Online booking takes about a minute: tap the link, pick a time, enter your name — done. You’ll get a reminder before we meet.
Prefer to skip the internet? Perfect.
Call (541) 592-6139 and we’ll book it for you, or just walk in Monday–Friday, 9–5. The website is never a requirement for getting help at IVFC.
